I made a terrible mistake when reviewing my previous insurance company. I was so heated that i didn’t even look to make sure that i had the correct company. Without being upset these people understood and called me to politely ask me to remove the negative rating. Of course i would do so knowing i made the mistake. As recently as 2 yrs ago (2015) I decided to test the waters and tried another provider. BIG MISTAKE ! While initially up front they offered a slightly better rate it was extra calls every couple of months offering one add on after another.
