As recently as 2 yrs ago (2015) I decided to test the waters and tried another provider. BIG MISTAKE ! While initially up front they offered a slightly better rate it was extra calls every couple of months offering one add on after another. Steve discusses what your needs are up front and sells you a package to fit those needs. No gimmicks, no hard sell. It's always great working with him.
